Ky played a 3 deep umbrella coverage and rushed 4. That took away our vertical routes. They had no respect for our rushing game. We will see that D again this year. Lane depends on vertical passing game. That requires a threat in running game which we don’t have against good D. No slants or TE passes. But on the bright side we don’t play Bama!
