Kutas looks to start at one of the guard spots by default. Can't say the same about the other two portal additions. And if they thought the world of Sanders and Fields and East and Foster and Oliver, then those guys would have played some more. Harper is good, but nobody wants to be depending on a true freshman to get significant OL snaps.
