I know this is football season and I'm as bought in as anyone but I have a former family member that is one of if not the top junior in Mississippi softball. Prior to this weekend she had 2 full ride offers plus NIL money. She was on an official visit to South Carolina this weekend while we were at the game but came home and decided to commit to Mississippi State. While talking with her dad he told me that Jamie Trachsel has not reached out and hasn't offered her. I want all of our teams to win and this is just plain laziness on the part of our softball staff to not even pursue the top talent in our state.
