Knox Loposer is in the transfer portal, but I think it's more to test the waters than anything else. I, frankly, expect him back with the Rebels. It's similar to Drew Bianco's situation with LSU. They are in the portal, but it's not some certainty that they are leaving their respective schools. Not even likely.
Connor Walsh is looking for his next home, and I don't see any way he is back with Ole Miss. I really expected him to contribute. Incredibly talented but just couldn't put it together and things spiraled on the field for him a bit. I exchanged messages with his mother today and she confirmed the intentions and said they are still cheering for the Rebels. It doesn't seem to be a contentious split at all. ides,
On all sides, colleges and players are having to be honest and communicate where things stand like never before because of scholarship numbers and percentages and roster sizes. Schools need flexibility if it works for both parties, and players need to know where they stand.
