Mississippi has made incredible gains in K-12 education the last 10 or so years. For the folks who live in MS, what are your opinions on school choice freedoms such as ESAs or district to district portability? It is going to be a major debate the next few years in the MS legislature. My understanding is the MS House of Reps is very much in favor of these policies while the Senate is far more hesitant.
