@Neal McCready i don’t ever use cedar planks. If you’ve got a cast iron or stainless steel fish plate for your bge use that and if you like toss a chunk of smoking wood in the fire. 400 degrees takes around 15 minutes skin side down. Flip if you want some color/sear on the flesh side for a couple of minutes. Perfect 145° finish temp. The smoking wood will replace the cedar flavor without the hassle or mess.
