Curious what some of y’all’s workout routine is right now. Here’s mine:
Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Back/Biceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders/Abs
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Rest
I also walk at an incline a couple days a week.
Also does anybody take creatine and gotten good results from it?
