It’s now been 7 days since the premature reports of Smith getting cleared appeared (not by Neal & Chase). What could possibly be the hold-up when we have presumably been prepared all summer long to move as quickly as possible once he passed that online class(es)?
Asking because I truly don’t know. There’s 11 days before our first game, and it doesn’t appear he will be practicing anytime soon.
