Not them… WE

For years we could always hang around in the big game, but couldn’t control it. Today WE controlled the game on the lines of scrimmage. WE limited the mistakes and explosive plays. WE battled through all the adversity and I believe finally killed the WAOM narrative. What a program defining day, so glad my dad is around to see this happen. Not sure he would ever get to. Hotty ****ing toddy and hope everyone has a safe night.

Pete’s Pigskin REVIEW

The OM offensive line was phenomenal. Did they run it well, no. But they held up vs the rush. If you watched the preview show this week I talked a lot about opportunity if there was execution. Tonight the offensive line gave Dart and his playmakers enough time to execute.

We talked on the video about how good Georgia is it making you defend the entire field and going side to side. That was still their best stuff tonight, but Ole Miss did a phenomenal job in the second half of plays when Georgia went to their perimeter offense. Obviously you cannot say enough about the defensive line.

Lets just fmdo this for fun...Todd Monken...

have been a big fan of his since his days as QB coach at Okl State...USM didn't know how lucky they were to get him...amazing track record using what's on hand to dominate opponents. if kiffin were to leave for NO/Dallas (natty or bust)...would you consider Todd Monken a solid Plan A? Lanning at Oregon also seems to have it kinda figured out. I like Sumrall...but is he in tier 1? I'd love to hear the board's thoughts. kiffin won't be here forever.

Defensive line

Top to bottom, it really is insane.

-Nolen and Princely are first round picks at absolute worst. They are both getting projected as top 15 guys in a lot of outlets now.

-Suntarine may be the best out of all of them. His rise over the last few months is hard to describe, he's leading the SEC in sacks with 10 and we didn't know where he fit in September.

-Ivey and Pegues each would probably be the best players on the team in most years of our fandoms. They both wreck games

-Jam Brown is a depth guy right now but it is clear he's going to be really, really good.

-Zxavian Harris had the game of his life today, and seems to have found a perfect role. He is a physical force but we are so deep that he comes in fresh when he's called upon

-We have Kam Franklin, Echoles, and I'm sure some others coming into the fold next year. It's almost hard to believe.

This is an Alabama/Georgia level DL, during one of their peak years. In a few years when these guys are pros it's going to be hard to believe we had them all.
