Following OM destruction of GA, Clay Travis knows UT-GA is a de facto CFP elimination game for his Vols & he's pissed

Just my opinion here:

W/ loss to GA, TN will fall to 5th in the SEC in the next CFP ranking (& on the outside looking in) & will need either TX, BAMA, OM or GA to lose going forward for them to get back in. OM needs GA to win so we'll not only jump TN but also ride GA's coattail as they ascend following their win over the Vols. If GA beats TN look for them to jump TN & Miami & guess who they'll take with them? The 2 SEC schools that already beat GA, Bama & OM, who'll both stay ahead of GA. In that scenario, OM would go from 11th to 9th (now in host discussion) w/o taking a snap next weekend. Also, good chance that either (or both) IN or BYU lose in the next 2 weeks providing additional opportunities for OM to possibly host. A Notre Dame loss could happen as well.

We win out we're in but there's a real possibility we'll have a CFP game in Oxford in December.

Did OM get rid of that BS diversity and equity office? If not they better real soon...

I think I read that my man Boyce shitcanned it, but also remember something about some of it remaining. Anybody know?

Trump is about to skulldrag all these schools pushing that stuff, and it doesn't sound like he plans on messing around either. Somebody give Boyce the heads up, we got a couple months.

House Settlement Fallout on National Signing Day

Interesting glimpse into a little of the fallout from the House settlement. To localize it, a kid from Memphis, who's been committed to Ole Miss golf for about a year, did not sign today.

Guys I just put a bid in to own MSNBC

I am trying to get them to throw in the Oprah network for free. My offer right now is $14.34. Wish me luck

Hard to figure this one out

#3 Georgia loses to the #16 team and falls 9 spots

#4 Miami loses to unranked and only falls 5 spots

Everybody on that Committee with 1/2 a brain would acknowledge that the loss to Ga Tech was way worse than the loss to Ole Miss. And Miami was a 9 pt favorite, while Georgia was only a 3 point favorite.

It matters none as long as the ACC is a one bid league. But the optics are so bad. It makes the Committee look so incompetent.

The BYU deal may be just as bad. They win on the last play of the game against a .500 team and jump 3 spots to #6? Again, it matters none as long as the Big 12 is a one bid league.

901 FC leaving Memphis for Santa Barbara

Interesting story developing. Money received from the State of TN last year was (supposedly) to be used to build a small soccer specific stadium in Memphis. Once the money was given to the city of Memphis, the money was used for something else apparently.

If @PonyReb was still around, he would probably have thoughts
