Open: Ole Miss (8-2, 4-2 SEC); Mississippi State (2-8, 0-6 SEC); Oklahoma (5-5, 1-5 SEC); Vanderbilt (6-4, 3-3 SEC).

Does strength of schedule and game control mean nothing ?

Indiana Penn St Texas have played nobody

Game control - Miami has 2 wins that were strictly based on bad calls, have played close games throughout, shitty conference and lost to Ga Tech How are they 9

Our SOS is better and our game control is better than anyone in contention

Don’t care right now but I hope these idiots on the committee get it right on the last ranking

I feel confident if we win out, we are in One loss teams that play nobody do not deserve it

Talk me out of being worried about this scenario

Big 10: Ohio state, Oregon, Indiana (lol) and Penn state in
Acc: champ of your choice
Boise
Notre dame
Big 12: champ of your choice
Sec: Georgia wins out (they jump us after rolling Tennessee), bama wins out, A&M beats Texas close
I have a hard time seeing the Texas brand dropping far enough to be out if they’re 3rd going into that game- that likely leaves Georgia, bama, Texas, and a&m as the 4 sec spots. Seems unfortunately plausible

Heather Dinich Dropping Hints on Sportscenter - UGA May Be Ranked Over Us

She point blank said “Ole Miss fans aren’t going to like this, but blah blah…” She cited UGA’s No.1 ranked SOS being the rationale.

Let me preface that she could be wrong. Also, we are making it at 10-2 regardless so this isn’t a big deal.

But if you are thinking about seeding and poll dynamics, just food for thought. I still would lean UGA beating UT helping our signature win and dropping UT behind us next week, but if we and UGA both win out and they are ranked higher than us tonight, we may never pass them for seeding.

Just getting ahead of the potential melt. Have a great night everyone!
