Why no emails or push from Grove Collective?

It’s been 48 hours since Georgia. You think they would have had something queued up in case of the win for Sunday or today knowing how emotional and that this was being the biggest regular season win in program history.

Grove Collective has no doubt been good to the program, but there are times I do wish their marketing team would capitalize on timing more. I just made a bonus contribution today, but overall people generally need a push. Especially if we’re wanting to get in that 15+ million range next year again.

CFP Rankings- Largest Jump Into the Top 10

In 2019, Minnesota beat #4 Penn State and jumped from #17 to #8.

For the largest jump outside of the Top 10, in 2017, Michigan State beat #7 Penn State, and went from #24 to #12.

So there is some history. And Georgia was #3, and had a win on the road against the team that was #1. Just follow the writers and we'll be good.

Top 25 is a joke if you go by strength of schedule

Texas, Penn St and Indiana have combined for ZERO wins against teams current ranked in the Top 25

yet they're all in the top 5 of the AP poll.

Texas signature win- a 6-4 Vandy?

Penn St signature win- Illinois?

Indiana signature win- a 5-5 Michigan?

just gotta let it play out i guess, but if Alabama or Georgia played Indiana at a neutral site Indiana would be double digit dogs

A quick look at a tie breaker with SEC opponents

Here are the current conference records for the top teams' SEC opponents. My guess is this is what will be used to determine at least one, if not both, of the SEC Title game teams. These numbers will obviously change some with 3 weeks remaining, but its at least worth looking at. Ole Miss is certainly not in great shape if it comes down to this.

LSU- 26-23
Alabama- 25-23
Georgia- 21-27
Mizzou- 21-28
A&M- 20-26
Texas- 20-30
Ole Miss and TN- 19-31

RECRUITING: Adam Gorney quote on Dante Core

“Core plays in the Panhandle of Florida so he doesn’t get as much attention or exposure as many other prospects in that state but he’s a very talented and very fluid defensive back who plays with a lot of confidence. Whether it’s stepping in front of a pass or turning and running with receivers, Core is very smooth and very skilled. He’s not facing elite competition every week like he would in south Florida but he’s still making plays against everybody. It’s always good to flip SEC commits and so getting Core from Auburn is definitely a big deal.” -- Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Adam Gorney on new Ole Miss commitment Dante Core

  • Poll
Who to pull for in UGA v UT

Who are we pulling for this weekend?

  • Tennessee

    Votes: 33 16.8%
  • Georgia

    Votes: 163 83.2%

I can't figure this one out yet. Which team do we root for in regards to Ole Miss' playoff chances?

If UGA takes an L that's their 3rd loss. They're out of the CFP. But that also makes our big win against them not look as good.

If Tenn looses then they're likely 10-2 right there with us. Then we're comparing resumes with the Vols as I don't know if both of us get in the CFP.

Their win vs NC State (5-5 now) doesn't look as great as it did earlier. Same with their road win in Norman. If they win they'd have big resume wins vs UGA AND Alabama.
