USC will begin playing a 9 game Big 10 schedule next year along with playing Notre Dame every year.
Ole Miss doesn't yet have it's 2025-2026 schedule as likely the SEC is holding out to see if they can get paid for a 9 game SEC slate.
In 2025 Ole Miss will play USC, Wake Forest and Tulane (with also the Citadel) as non con games.
In 2026 the non-con is much easier with Georgia State, Eastern Kentucky and AT Charlotte to go with home against USC.
I would think those games might be very much in doubt from both teams perspective if there is a 9 game conference schedule.
I would very much like to see them take place,,, certainly if Ole Miss goes to LA we should DEMAND they make the return trip.
USC's slate will be pretty tough, they could struggle some with the below schedules in 2025-26
2025 maybe somewhat manageable
Home games 1. Ole Miss 2. Georgia Southern 3, Iowa 4. Michigan 5. Michigan State 6. Northwestern 7. UCLA
Road games 1. Notre Dame 2. Illinois 3. Nebraska 4. Oregon 5. Purdue
2026 (This looks really tough)
Home games 1. Fresno St, 2. Notre Dame 3. Maryland 4. Ohio St 5. Oregon 6. Washington
Road games 1. Ole Miss 2. Indiana 3. Penn St 4. Rutgers 5. UCLA 6. Wisconsin
Look forward to them playing that road Wisconsin game in November in about 20 degree weather.
