Have some friends in Mobile that are supporters of South football, and they say he's absolutely an NFL WR. Also have a friend or two in our around Faith Academy athletics, and they said coming out of HS he was vastly underrated.

Would love to land him. IMO, he's a better version of Wade/Watkins. Add him and Wells with Harris and a year older Williams and Dart will have some weapons unlike he had this year.

I’ve been watching this 1958 classic on Pluto TV.. It’s a classic drive-in movie set in the south..

Memphis is mentioned a few times..

I present “Thunder Road”.. starring Robert Mitchum. Mitchum asked Elvis to play his younger mechanic brother, but Col Parker wanted too much money for Elvis to be in the movie..

I saw this movie a few times on TV in the 60s..

It’s one of the very few movies that could distract me enough from necking in the car at a drive-in…

So let me get this straight, if the NCAA proposal goes through, women sports would get 50% of the NIL allocated?

If that is the case, the entire football team should announce they have “transitioned” to female. This way, we can allocate the rest of the funds to basketball and baseball and call it a day.

There’s been a lot of discussion on the pod about fans not knowing the players because they’re in and out due to the portal etc and are therefore less invested in the team?

Do people really care about that? Maybe it’s just me but I’ve never really cared about knowing who the players are or anything about them. I just care about whether the team is winning.

Curious to hear people’s thoughts.

My neighbor put an extension on our shared fence made of PVC. If I read the shelby county code right, neighboring fence can be up to 9 feet tall but must be made of high quality material (wood, brick, wrought iron).
