its the only way to keep OM’s feet to the fire. Last year , IMHO, Lane was shocked as to how popular he was and NIL was to OM people, and that is why he stayed. This year, we may do a similar song and dance ( but not as drawn out) to keep our foot on the accelerator. One thing old timers know is that nothing is as passive as a content Ole Miss.

If Lanning makes the jump to TAMU, and Kiffin is one of their targets … would Lane be turned off by the weather. Missed posting this to the Mailbag thread, but here it is anyways.

What’s the current state of team discipline, or lack thereof, I guess?

We’ve heard rumblings that some of the younger guys like Perkins and Williams have been sidelined due to disciplinary actions. Then told Franklin is no longer with the team after two starters ended up in the same position as well this season.

I know y’all like to keep the team drama and word on who is in trouble hush hush, but it seems to be a reoccurring issue with some of the better talent on the team. I couldn’t care less if a player is in trouble, as long as he’s given the opportunity to produce if the athletic ability to do so is there. (Think Johnny Manziel during the MSU game.) Any insight as to if there’s a larger factor at play here, or just young stupid kids being young and stupid?
